GROW Principle

G-R-O-W (God Rewards Our Work) is a PRINCIPLE we can bank on.  Galatians 6:9 is a promise.  The verse says, “And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.’  God will always reward our work, it is simply a matter of time.  We must be patient, and wait for God to provide the harvest.  We should expect great things from God.  Remember that satan wants us to give up, but the Lord says it is when we don’t give up that we will eventually reap the harvest.

Variety

GROW team members reach out through a VARIETY of means.  Members visit, write, phone, or pray.  Members who visit gladly invite people to church, often share the gospel, and sometimes take special gifts like fresh baked cookies or bread.  Visits are made by people who are filled to the brim with God’s love. Some members prefer to send encouraging cards or letters to hurting people.  They often write to people inviting them to church, and sometimes share the gospel through the written page. While some visit, and write, others phone, or pray.  Phone calls are a great means of providing comport and support.  Those who pray, take the time to prayerfully remember each person that is being visited, written, or phoned.
